Another incarnation before Base64 came to it’s current name was to be the home of Pepper Studios.
Pepper Studios was one of the largest TV commercial production sites in Adelaide in the 80’s. With a staff of 20 in addition to many rolling freelancers, the space was also home to a resident ghost!
